Duration: Temp-to-Hire (conversion after 4–6 months based on performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Position Summary
ProQuality Network is seeking a Logistics I professional to support pharmaceutical warehouse operations for our client in Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for material receipt, sampling, shipping, inventory control, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform receipt of APIs and supplies in accordance with SOPs and client-specific instructions
- Generate receipt documentation using the Oracle system
- Utilize the site scheduling tool to enter receipt, sampling, and shipment information
- Perform product sampling in accordance with written procedures
- Program and operate the TruScan RM sampling tool
- Communicate daily with Technical Services and Quality Assurance to prioritize receipts and shipments
- Complete IATA/DOT certification to ship hazardous materials domestically and internationally
- Use FedEx and DGIS shipping systems efficiently
- Schedule preferred couriers for daily shipments
- Understand and comply with courier requirements related to IATA and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Handle temperature-sensitive materials using Credo Cubes and monitoring devices
- Communicate with clients regarding receipt and shipment inquiries and provide shipment notifications
- Participate in client audits and site visits as required
- Maintain accurate inventory in compliance with written inventory procedures
- Perform Oracle system transactions related to receipts, shipments, inventory, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse procedures aligned with cGMP and safety requirements
- Follow gowning procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, labeling, and location accuracy
- Safely load and unload couriers using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling
- Deliver and store incoming shipments according to POs, sales orders, and delivery instructions
- Perform internal material transfers and warehouse movements as needed
- Support operations with timely delivery of samples and documentation
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Coordinate removal of empty drums and unusable pallets
- Maintain satellite waste areas and support disposal activities with approved contractors
- Perform forklift inspections and complete daily checklists
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and daily warehouse logs
- Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
Experience
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work occasional off-shift hours

- Experience with shipping finished goods, refrigerated materials, and regulated products preferred
- Familiarity with cGMP, IATA, DOT, and safety regulations
